What we collect

We collect only what you choose to submit: contact form inquiries (name, email, company, fleet size, topic, message) and newsletter subscriptions (email address). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry and, only if you gave express consent, to send occasional industry updates. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Consent and unsubscribe (CASL)

Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, we only send commercial electronic messages to people who gave express consent through an unchecked checkbox. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly.

Data retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time through the contact form.
